Hila is responsible for the financial aspects of the Incubator and the Portfolio Companies, including financial statements and reporting to the OCS.

Prior to Nielsen, Hila served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and has an extensive experience in auditing and accounting of private and public companies trading in Israel and abroad, as well as technological incubators.

Hila holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and qualified as Certified Accountant (CPA).
